• Tender Manifests & Deterministic Math: Tracks document/page review status separately from AI extraction; applies versioned conversion rules (BCM/LCM/CCM/Tonnes) visibly; and enforces explicit C#/SQL rounding (AwayFromZero + deterministic remainder allocation) verified by golden examples.
• Scoped AP, Authenticated Access & 3-Bucket Cost Flash: Separates weight approval, cost allocation, invoice acceptance, and payment authorization; enforces live tenant/project/role/document permissions on all attachment downloads and AI retrieval (no bearer URLs); and displays Confirmed, Estimated Pending, and Unresolved Exposure while suppressing healthy-margin status when material inputs are missing.
